3 intro personal training sessions to educate you on everything you would see in our classes. After graduating-- you get unlimited access to all classes for two months. Ideal for those seeking a flexible and comprehensive fitness experience for a discounted rate.

Build & Lift

A hypertrophy-focused strength class designed to help you build muscle, improve technique, and get stronger. This class focuses on controlled, intentional lifting using barbells, dumbbells, and machines. You’ll follow structured training designed for real progress. No cardio or circuits.

Pilates Strength

Build Deep core stability, improve mobility, and move with control through a low-impact, strength-focused class. This is specifically programmed to support the armory classes Mon-Thu to help you feel stronger, improve recovery, and feel more capable in and out of the gym, not as a stand-alone class. Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat!

Build strength and improve heart health with a Low intensity program catered to early morning birds, age 50+!

Strength & Conditioning

Increase strength and improve endurance with a program that teaches foundational lifts and high-energy conditioning circuits.

Advanced Strength & Conditioning

An Advanced strength and endurance program by owner & head Coach Jared. For experienced members ready to lift heavier, move harder, and train with higher intensity.

Ironhill Powerlifting

Learn techniques for the Squat, Bench press and Deadlift, followed by a brief workout to improve overall strength. Each class is structured so you can learn how to safely and properly lift in the Squat, Bench press and Deadlift, as well as gaining strength for a competition or everyday life.
